Lynn Flynn brings more than three decades of experience and a wealth of local knowledge to each transaction. As a fourth-generation San Franciscan, she understands the city’s neighborhoods and nuances as few can. Clients depend on her in-depth understanding of the market and benefit from her proven track record of success with various properties, including single-family homes, vacation homes, and investments.

Lynn began her real estate career in Truckee in 1986, where she’d moved to raise her family in the mountains, as close to nature as possible. Her two sons spent their childhood playing soccer, baseball, ski racing, boating, camping, and hiking, while Lynn crafted a real estate career that spanned Lake Tahoe, Tahoe-Donner, and all areas of Truckee. Though she worked mainly with second-home buyers from the Bay Area, she also assisted a number of first-time buyers and investors.

When she returned to San Francisco in 2010, she chose to align her talents with BarbCo, as Barbagelata was a name she’d known and respected for as long as she could remember. As it was in Truckee, Lynn’s San Francisco business is built mainly on referrals, not just from the friends and family she’s kept in touch with, but from the many satisfied clients that she’s helped to navigate the dynamic Bay Area market.

Lynn lives near Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. When not immersed in real estate, she loves strolling through the many gardens and stretches of green, and along the shore. Lynn also enjoys her frequent travels to Truckee—she maintains a home there, and so does one of her sons. She regularly donates to the SPCA, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and The Painted Turtle Camp.
